These terms apply to your use of the Uzhavan Choice website, run by Sri Amman Trading and Industries, Oddanchatram, Tamil Nadu ("we", "us"). By using this website you agree to them.

1. Information on this website

The content on this website — including product features, comparisons, water-saving figures and yield increases — is general information to help you understand our solutions. Figures are typical values; actual results depend on your crop, soil, water source, weather and farm practices, and are not guaranteed. Product features and specifications may change without notice.

Demonstrations on this site, such as the farm control dashboard, are illustrations only and do not show live data.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Sending an enquiry does not create an order or any obligation for you or for us. The exact equipment, price, taxes, payment terms, installation scope and timeline for your farm are set out in the written quotation we share with you. Once you accept a quotation, its terms apply to that work, together with these terms.

3. Payments

Payments are made by cash or UPI directly to us, as set out in your quotation or bill. We will never ask you to pay through a link on this website. Always confirm payment details with our office before paying.

4. Warranty and service

Warranty terms, including the warranty period and what it covers, are given in your quotation or bill. Warranty does not cover damage from misuse, unauthorised repairs or changes, power surges, floods, lightning, animals or other causes outside our control. Service outside warranty is charged as per our rates at that time.

5. Staff login

The staff login on this website is only for authorised Uzhavan Choice employees. Any attempt to access it without permission is not allowed.

6. Our content and brands

The text, images, logos and design of this website belong to Sri Amman Trading and Industries and may not be copied or used without our permission. Product and brand names of other manufacturers shown on this site belong to their respective owners.

7. Limits of our responsibility

We try to keep this website accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free or uninterrupted. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for any indirect loss (such as loss of crop or income) that results from relying on information on this website. Our responsibility for the equipment and work we supply is as set out in your quotation, bill and warranty terms.

Links to other websites (such as YouTube, WhatsApp or Google Maps) are for your convenience; we are not responsible for their content.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be handled by the courts at Dindigul, Tamil Nadu.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. How we handle your information is explained in our Privacy Policy.
